Thanks for taking a minute to read our bios. I’m happy to share a little about myself.
My first memory of spirit is when my father’s mom passed away. I was only 3 when she visited me in my dream to tell me she would not be back. After that, I was told not to talk to imaginary friends.
As life continued I experienced many seemingly negative things including alcohol and drug-using parents, being molested as a child, choosing to allow my son to pass, and more.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that everything, including our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs is a choice. I have learned why meditation and understanding our own mind are so very important. I’ve learned how to use my psychic mediumship abilities to help people.
Most importantly, I’ve learned that I love helping people learn how to move out of living hell on earth and move into living heaven on earth.

In 1994, while singing with a choir and listening to the women sing, I asked the Creator “How else would you have me use my voice?” Shortly after that, books jumped off shelves and people showed up introducing me to a world different from what I had grown up with. In this world energy, prayer, and intention were the vehicles used to achieve different goals. Having rejected traditional Christian religion, I was exposed to Native American practices that resonated with me. Sweat Lodge, drumming circles, and Pow Wow became my spiritual practice. My mentor Blue Buck introduced me to Cosme Castanieto, a Hawaiian Filipino healer, who taught me to transform energy from negative to positive. As well as to protect myself from energetic and psychic attacks. Cosme also taught me to sense/read the diseases and disturbances in the body that disrupt our peace.
In 2001, in Coeur d'Alene Idaho, I read “On The Wings of Heaven” and knew I had to become a part of that process. In August of 2001, I participated in an Angelic gathering with seven people who later became my closest friends. While at the Gathering I was introduced to tuning forks for the first time and after some guidance located the throat chakra. When we were asked “Who wants to “tune” the alpha chakra?” I said “I will!” and using two tuning forks I rang them and nailed the alpha chakra! While there I asked the Creator “Do I even need these tuning forks?” to which I heard very clearly “No, you are the tuning fork.” I also started to get information about people, about how they got to be how they are, and also how to help them move out of that condition.
In 2017 I began to work in a metaphysical bookstore where I used my intuition and my healing skills to facilitate health and wellness with many people over the next six years. Currently, in 2023 I am giving intuitive readings, card readings (traditional and oracle tarot), as well as using my tuning forks to facilitate health and wellness. I also teach classes on how to use tuning forks, finding your Angelic Arcitype, which includes color and sound, and different meditation techniques.
